MS Bike - Leduc to Camrose FAQ

Registration

1. What is the fee to register?

The fees vary depending on the date you register and the type of accommodation you would like. The Dorm Accommodation option is $80 throughout the year and includes your registration for the tour as well as your spot in the Augustana Dorms. For participants who choose the option to camp or stay in their own accommodations, the fee structure is as follows:

  • Monday, June 24 - Saturday, November 30, 2019: $40
  • Sunday, December 1, 2019 - Thursday, April 30, 2020: $60
  • Friday, May 1 - Saturday, June 27, 2020: $80

2. Is my registration fee a donation?

As there are many costs associated with the tour that are not sponsored, your registration fee will be used to offset our bike tour costs. You will not receive a tax receipt for your registration fees.

3. Is there an age restriction to participate?

Yes; participants must be 10 years of age or older.

4. Can I refund or transfer my registration fee if I choose not to participate?
