The minimum age requirement to participate in Muck MS Canada is 12 years old.
Each event features a different pricing structure based on time and promotions. Please refer to the specific event pages for more information.

Yes! However, depending on availability, you may not get the wave you choose.
When you register you select your preferred start time. This is your wave. ou may select either the limited-space premium waves (8:30am & 8:45am) in step 1 of registration, or you can choose a standard wave in step 3.
When you register you choose your preferred wave start time. You will be notified within two weeks of the event what your actual wave start time is. The MS Society will make every effort to accommodate wave choices. With the exception of the limited-space premium waves, we cannot guarantee you will receive the wave that you choose.
As waves fill up, they will no longer be available as options, but in rare cases, you may end up choosing a time that is no longer available. In the event your wave of choice is full, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Waves will fill up throughout the summer, so register early for the best chance to get your preferred wave!
We will do our best to accommodate team wave requests - make sure you request early to ensure you are all together.
Unfortunately, team wave times are not changeable.
In Step 2 of the registration process, select “Join an existing team.” Then you can search for the team name or for your team captain's name. Click on your team name to join it.
Yes! All of your team will run in the same wave. You will receive an email two weeks out from the event informing your team of your wave time.
Although fundraising is not required, any donations from your friends, family and co-workers will go a long way in the fight to end MS.

It’s best to arrive at Players Paradise Sports Complex an hour to an hour and a half before your wave starts. This will give you time to park, get to the start site, stretch and get prepared to get muddy!
For the mud run wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy! Avoid metal or jewelry (you don’t want it to get lost in the mud). Feel free to bring a GoPro camera to document your incredible experience. Closed-toed shoes are also recommended.
Make sure to bring a full change of clothes, including shoes, for after the event!
Check-in will open at 8:00 am.
Bring a piece of photo ID, and your Muck MS Canada registration confirmation email.
Parking is at Players Paradise Sports Complex at 565 Seaman St, Stoney Creek. There you will board a shuttle to the event site, approximately 5 minutes away.

The course is approximately 5 km long. To keep the suspense, you will only be able to see the course when you arrive. However, keep an eye on @muckmscanada for sneak peeks!
Don’t worry - the obstacles are optional. Just make sure you have a great and safe time!
The time to complete the course will vary between participants. Generally, you can expect to be on the course between one and a half to two hours.
Yes! Great gear will be available for purchase on site.
We will run Muck MS Canada rain or shine… in fact, the rain might make things a lot more interesting!
There is no fee for spectators but a donation would be gratefully received.
There will be both washing stations and a space to change and clean up on site.
The Muck Market is where participants will trade muck stories, relax, and find “takeaways” from their Muck MS Canada experienced.
Yes! Food vendors will be on-site for participants and spectators to purchase food and drinks.

First, log in to the Participant Centre with your username and password. Once you're logged in, you will see a link at the top of the page called "Update My Profile." You will be able to change your contact information, email address, username and password. All changes will be made to your account immediately.
A personal page is your personal fundraising space on our website for you to advertise your participation in Muck MS Canada and fundraise on behalf of your local chapter of the National MS Society. Your page has a default image and text, but you can edit your Personal Page by logging in to the Participant Centre with your username and password. Many participants customize their pages with their own stories and photos.
Log in to the Participant Centre with your username and password. On the bottom right side of your account home page is the location to modify your personal fundraising goal. Enter your new goal and submit the changes.
