WAMS is pleased to welcome Dianne Doyle, former President and Chief Executive Officer, Providence Health Care to speak at the 2018 Women Against MS luncheon.
As former President and CEO of Providence Health Care, Dianne Doyle led by integrating compassion and social justice within the BC health system with a faith-based perspective. During her 12-year tenure as CEO, Providence Health Care made a significant impact on the health and well-being of many of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the society. In 2012 and 2016, PHC was recognized as one of BC's Top Employers.
Dianne also served on various health-related boards throughout her career. She was the inaugural Chair of the BC Health Care Leaders Association, and was involved with the Association of Academic Health Organizations, HealthCareCan, Royal Roads University, and the Registered Nurses Association of BC (now CRNBC). In 2018, she was appointed to the board of the College of Dental Surgeons of BC by the Minister of Health.
Dianne is the recipient of numerous leadership awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Health Leaders Association of BC, Top 100 Most Powerful Women Award from the Women's Executive Network, and an Award of Distinction from the College of Registered Nurses of BC.
An active member of her church and community, Dianne is also an ardent volunteer and supporter of many non-profit groups.
