As many of you know, my wonderful wife Krista was Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the fall of 2015. Since her diagnosis, Krista has fought hard to improve her overall health and has seen dramatic improvement since being paired with Tecfidera, an immunosuppresant medicine that only became available in 2013. The continued improvements in medicine can be attributed to the funding for ongoing research that will one day lead to a cure.
My team and I are supporting the MS Society by joining the annual Drive Fore a Cure golf tournament in hopes to raise funds for research and help all those effected by MS.
Please help us find a cure!
Can you imagine...
Having multiple sclerosis means that one morning you may not be able to walk when you wake up. Or that you may suddenly have impaired vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason. The symptoms of MS are many and vary for everyone. It's estimated that approximately 55,000-75,000 men and women in Canada have the disease, and every day about three more people are diagnosed.
...a future without MS
I've registered for this event because I want to do something for everyone who lives with multiple sclerosis. With your help, together we can make a difference.
