Come walk or run with us towards the fight to end MS on May 9th  for our 8th annual Lakeland MS Walk!

The Lakeland MS Walk is a community event where friends and family join together to pay tribute to the lives of those battling multiple sclerosis and to help us fuel hope for a future without this disease.

Last year the Lakeland raised over $184,000- funds raised through the Lakeland MS Walk & ½ Marathon are used for national research to find a cure to END MS and to help enhance the quality of life of those affected by multiple sclerosis in the Lakeland.

Choose from accessible 2, 5 or 10 km walk routes through a mapped route around St.Paul, or challenge yourself to our official chipped and timed 5km ,10 km and ½ marathon run options!
Every step you take will bring us one step closer to ending MS – a disease that affects so many people within our community and surrounding area.

Getting involved couldn’t be easier!
Register online or by calling or visiting the Lakeland Regional office. While you can register as an individual, there’s power in joining as a team. All you need is a minimum of 2 members (there is no maximum!), and you can work together to enhance your fun and the potential to make a difference. Then, set a goal and start your fundraising!

While everyone at the Walk is united in a shared commitment to ending MS, there’s no shortage of fun!
We encourage teams to make their own unique statement in the fight against MS by wearing team costumes. The Walk is also a great way for local businesses or community groups to pull together and give back.

Whether you live with MS, know someone with MS, or just want to be part of an event that makes a difference, this is your chance to take action, and take back control over a disease that threatens to take away so much.

Register today, and join the movement to end MS.
