Why I’m lacing up...
August 2nd, 2016, was life changing for me. To hear the neurologist actually say "You have MS" was literally devastating in the moment. I had a choice, I could crumple up in a ball and spend the rest of my days feeling sorry for myself, or I could face my MS head on and not let it define who I was. Attitude is EVERYTHING, so I chose the latter.
This year marks the fifth year that I will be participating in the MS Walk. I am hoping that someday, we can put an end to this disease.
Please consider donating and help me stop MS.
Thank you so much!
