On Sunday, May 7th, I would like your support as I complete the MS Walk for the 12th year in a row! I will be walking in honour of my late father-in-law, Marcel Thibodeau, who battled MS for over 25 years before he passed away five summers ago on his 70th birthday. We will also be walking in support of my sister-in-law, Tara Thibodeau, who was diagnosed with MS about two years ago.
Last year, our ever-growing team of family and friends totaled over $3600 for the cause! With the help of your generous donation, we hope to match or beat that total again this year. If you would like to walk with us that day, we’d love to have you join our team (you could collect pledges or just come out for the exercise)!
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological disease with no known cure. The symptoms of MS are numerous and vary for everyone. It’s estimated that approximately 100,000 people in Canada have the disease, and every day about three more people are diagnosed.
I am part of the MS Walk because I believe we will end multiple sclerosis - with your help we can get there. Please give generously.
P.S. If you would like to pledge Angèle, please follow the link to our team page (MS Mega Stars), then select her name from the team list.
