Join us for the new MS Bike - Acton!  Taking place on Saturday, August 17, challenge yourself by riding 'two days in one' with our 160km challenge route, or stick with the 75km route option.  The ride starts and finishes at Prospect Park in Acton.  We are excited about this update for 2013 and hope you are too! 

Bring your family, friends and co-workers with you and be a part of TeamMS!  Teams have more fun, motivate & encourage each other, and make a bigger impact in ending MS! All you need is yourself, three other participants and a team name!

Indoor Training Night - Start your training for the 2013 MS Bike early this year by joining us at our 1^st MS Bike Indoor Cycle Training Night presented by D’Ornellas Fitness Factory.  This is not a spin class but a unique cycling focused opportunity to train indoors on your own bike.  Bring your bike and they provide the trainers. Friday March 22^nd 2013 from 6-8:30pm at D’Ornellas Fitness Factory - City Buick - 1900 Victoria Park Ave  We are asking for a $20 donation per participant which will be donated directly to the 2013 MS Bike.
