Welcome to the 25th annual MS Bike, touring Eastern Ontario and the St. Lawrence, taking place August 9th and 10th, 2014.

We are happy to announce that the MS Bike will once again be joining forces with the Cornwall and District Chapter and the NAV Centre.

This year brings new and exciting changes to add to the beautiful route and destination in Cornwall. We will be starting at the Metcalfe Curling Club, which is next door to last year’s start point. This is a temporary change due to renovations at the arena, but should accommodate our cyclists nicely.

We are also introducing a route change for Day 2 (Sunday), which will take us up through Long Sault towards Metcalfe. This change will bring us approximately 10km closer to the finish line, which will provide cyclists the opportunity to ride a 65km or 90km route on Sunday.

The Tour offers cyclists of all ages and abilities both a one and a two day option, with routes ranging between 80 and 125km on Saturday and between 65 and 90km on Sunday. Those opting for the 80km route on Saturday will be provided bus transportation to the NAV Centre from the designated end point, whereas those opting for the 65km route on Sunday will be provided with bus transportation from the NAV Centre to the designated start point.  One-day cyclists can sign up for the return bus from Cornwall to the Metcalfe Curling Club on the Saturday evening.

  • All meals (Saturday and Sunday breakfast, Saturday and Sunday lunch, Saturday dinner)
  • Rest stops every 15-20 km
  • Experienced Tour Leaders to guide you along the route
  • Support vehicles and first aid attendants for safety
  • Professional bike repair on both days
  • Chance to participate in cycling clinics and training workshops
  • Luxury indoor accommodations or camping on Saturday night
  • Overnight, supervised parking for your car at the Metcalfe Curling Club start line
  • Luggage transportation for all cyclists
  • Return bus transportation from Cornwall for one-day cyclists
  • Bus transportation for cyclists doing short route(s)
