Join Us on Lake Ontario Sunday July 7th, 2019 for the 10th annual SUP4MS
The SUP4MS started as a 65km fundraising paddle by Mike Sandusky and Grant Kennedy from Hamilton to Toronto. To date we've raised over $91,000 in funds for MS! We're excited as the event has grown to include over 100 paddlers on the water and now it's evolved with the race option. Here's what you can expect:
• Supportive SUP community
• Great day for everyone and the family
10km Paddle from Bluffer's Beach to 'A-Bay' Woodbine Beach

Thanks for your continued support over the years!Canada has the highest rate of MS in the world.
Every day three more Canadians are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an unpredictable illness that affects vision, balance, memory and mobility. We don’t know what causes MS and there is no cure.
Your support means Canadian families who are affected by this disease do not have to face MS alone.
Join us in the fight to end MS
Become a member of our team and spend the day with friends, family and colleagues, knowing that you are helping to end Canada’s disease.
If you aren't able to participate, donate to our team today to help us reach our goal. When you make a donation, your funds are invested into research to find the cause and cure for the disease, while providing services to Canadians with multiple sclerosis and their families.
